Gamecube adapter driver mayflash

Recently acquired a mayflash gamecube controller for pc adapter: (http://www.amazon.com/GC-Controller-Adapter-for-PC/dp/B0089NVTDM). After installing drivers and whatnot, the controller does not appear in the Dolphin device list. A program I installed to try and help, Wii U USB GCN adapter, did not serve it's purpose but within the program is options to calibrate the controller. As previously mentioned, Dolphin is not picking up the controller. However, in this other program, my inputs are clearly displayed. I was wondering what I was doing wrong or what I'd need to download in order to get the controller working on Dolphin.

N64 Usb Controller Driver

Pros: Works without drivers, supports two controllers, easy to use
Cons: None
There probably isn't a huge market for an N64 USB adapter since most people who need one are probably using it for an emulator. It wouldn't make sense to use an N64 controller for other games. However, I'm glad an adapter like this exists because playing N64 games on the PC just doesn't really work with a keyboard/mouse or other types of controllers. There's always an option of getting a third-party USB N64 controller, but I'm always wary of using third-party controllers. Most don't feel right or break quickly. I prefer to use OEM if possible, and this adapter let's me do that. I have a bunch of old N64 controllers lying around, so using an adapter makes sense. It's about the same price as those third-party controllers anyway, so might as well get this and use the real one.
If you're in Windows, then using this is pretty straight-forward. Just plug it in and it should recognize the controller right away. I recommend you go through calibration so the joystick is properly configured. After that, it's just a matter of configuring the controller in whichever emulator you're using. You might need to play with the dead-zone and sensitivity of the joystick in the emulator options to get it close to original feel of the console. This will just require some trial and error until it feels natural.
I highly recommend this adapter if you have an original N64 controller lying around. Don't buy the third-party, no-name USB controllers you see all over Amazon and eBay.
